3.1 Recycling is an important part of the green product life cycle

4. Some Suggestions on China's Recycling Industry
At present, China's industry is in a transitional phase from the transition from traditional design to green design, and recycling is in an inefficient and disorderly state. In order to promote the development of China's recycling industry and narrow the gap with developed countries, it also requires long-term and unremitting efforts of all parties, among which the key points are:
(1) The government should increase investment in the recycling industry to form economies of scale; establish and improve relevant laws and regulations and industry standards, strengthen legislative protection support for recycling, enable manufacturers to receive returns from users and policies, and vigorously rectify recycling The market has strengthened the inspection of law enforcement; it has vigorously advocated and encouraged the reuse of recycled materials.
(2) Establish a "green design idea", incorporate the product's environmental costs into the product's financial budget, and implement green audits on product production.
(3) The advanced technology and experience of the same industry in foreign countries should be used for reference and introduction so that China's recycling industry can achieve leapfrog development.
(4) Intensify personnel training. It is suggested that universities and colleges set up courses on recycling, cultivate talents for composite science and technology, deliver â€œgreen designâ€ engineers for the society, and provide basic guarantees for the sustainable use of resources.
